On Sunday... avoid passing on these roads or parking your cars!*


The following was issued by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division:


On Sunday, November 12, 2023, the “Beirut Marathon Association” will organize the “Beirut International Marathon” race, starting from downtown Beirut to Hammam Askari, all the way to the sea road, in the Dbayeh area.

Cars will be prohibited from parking on both sides of the roads, along the race route, starting from one o’clock after midnight on Saturday - Sunday, and their passage will be completely prohibited starting from five o’clock in the morning on Sunday, until the end of the race. Dear citizens, please avoid taking the marathon roads during the morning period and adhere to the directives and instructions of members of the Internal Security Forces and traffic signs, in order to preserve the safety of the competitors and facilitate traffic.
