Teamwork is an essential part in our life, it’s the process of working with other people as a group to achieve the planned goal. For example companies when providing a product or service need to pass through multiple steps that need more than one worker that all have the same goal. Working together brings the best of each person thus a better result will be produced. As many schools and universities put multiple projects to be done by more than one student in order to understand the importance of teamwork, all have to work for the same purpose. However, there is a specific guidelines that are important to understand to communicate inclusively within the team. 

       

      These guidelines should be understood carefully as they are the following. To start with the first tip, is to use the English language or the language that will be easily understood by the whole team so no one will feel that he’s not included in the discussion. Also, we have to adjust the tone if anyone  in the team have a certain disability like talking with someone having hearing difficulties as if someone has a physical disability like being on a wheelchair, we have to place our head to their level in order not to feel they are treated differently. Furthermore, if a team consists of members of different cultures it is better to make a search about these different cultures to understand them more and know how to behave with them and respect them so reducing the risk of causing offense. And it’s important not use humor while communicating if there are members from different cultures since what is funny for one may be offensive in the other culture. The background information gathered about the different cultures will help in understanding their silence as their disagreement with other. This means that silence can for example  interpreted in various by different cultures like Asian cultures see silence as positive thing unlike western culture that see it negatively. Also, in the way they disagree some will be more direct than other as here western cultures are more direct than Asian. Moreover, people have to respect each other and listen to each other while talking in order to move on the same path of achieving the goal. The shouting method and talking about each other should be prevented. In addition, it’s better to avoid the usage of language that may indicate stereotypes of people, their cultures, as their language too.

    In conclusion, teamwork is an essential part of any work that should be done, at the end a single individual can’t take plenty of tasks and achieve them successfully thus with the help of all together goals are achieved at a high level and in a better way. As following these tips on how to communicate effectively will help team-working to be done in a successful manner. It depends to the team whether to follow these tips to communicate in a well and respect way so that ideas will be delivered easily and clearly.
