We all have multiple of tasks to be done daily, but the problem is how can we fulfill all these tasks if our day is only twenty-four hours? How can we sleep, work, study, see our friends and family, eat, relax, make sport, and many other things in only twenty-four hours? We can see that some people are more productive than others where they can fulfill many tasks in the time others can’t make all required things. The reason behind that is what is called time management. It can be defined as the way you plan and control the time spent on doing your needs effectively and efficiently. So, it is in your hands on whether to well organize and choose how to spend your day in order to be productive and avoid stress and useless things. 


Everyone has the ability to manage his or her time and decide what and how to do things. First of all, it is known to have energy and to be more productive you have to sleep well thus between 7 and 9 hours or otherwise no matter how you manage your time you won’t be able to make anything. It is preferable to make a ‘to do list’ where you star with the most important task to the least important one since not all tasks can be achieved in a day. You will start following your list by doing task after task in an organized way and not to forget to take a break between one task and the other in order to keep focusing on what you are doing. As some may use or follow the Smart approach which you will set goals as being Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant and what is important Timely. As it’s one of the needed and important skills an employer looks for in today’s world. When you know how to spend your time your business will have a better result. And student when they manage their time, they will have a better grades and academic result. At the end we can’t let things move without thinking well of how much time we can spend on it. You can take your time as much as you want to fulfill a specific task but the more you spend time on a single one the more you will be late to fulfill the other. Furthermore, some may consider that time management is a stress relief. For sure you will be upset and angry when you are not able to reach what you want in the time needed therefore by managing your time you will be able to achieve activities on time and remove away that feeling. And as mentioned that when you divide your day and put a specific period to fulfill a task you will have more time to make more things or this time you can take it as relaxing time. And one of the important things about time management is that it helps in maximizing the benefits and helping all kind of business and people to have a new opportunity. 

To sum up, it is up to you how to invest your time, or how you control your time. The more you have an effective planning the more you will be able to achieve more success and goals. And each one can manage the time as he or she sees it suitable and we are not heroes at the end if others are more productive it doesn’t mean you have a problem but we are not all the same and we can’t all handle the same pressure. In the absence of time management, a company will be damaging itself as anyone else isn’t managing his time will be have a useless life.
