Sports in all its kinds whether the simple or the complex activities are important and essential in our daily life. In one way to stay healthy and have a pretty physical appearance as to keep all your body organs active. Some think that sport is only played by fat people in order to get slim but that thinking is completely wrong. People have to play sport for several reasons other than the reason of loosing weight. For better health you need to practice sport continuously since first it keeps heart diseases away where you heart is active and fresh which in return gives healthy blood pressure thus blood will be easily pumped and the performance of your body organ will be better. However, people take medicines to lower the cholesterol and triglycerides as the level of sugar in blood, but they don’t know that sport helps a lot and let replace all the medicines they are taking. They can have a daily walking hour not necessary to play basketball, football, or any activity that need a lot of power. Adding to that, it helps to have a strong bone that will stay active as long as you grow up. As we can see that people who have practice sport from young age when they get old their health is much better than those who don’t. While you are practicing sport regularly to keep yourself safe and healthy you will be loosing weight, then no more fats and your body will have a better appearance. As the Roman poet, Virgil said once that the greater wealth is health
On the other side, sport helps mentally too and not only physically. During the time when you are practicing your favorite sport activities or even just walking around will let your body to release endorphins that are stress and pain relief chemicals so in other words it helps to release chemicals that are responsible for making you more relaxed and calmer. Just imagine how it is nice to have a walk daily after a long day of stressful things or how it is nice to begin your day by a walk maybe beside the sea and then start your day. Or maybe you will be practicing your favorite sport like basketball, football, tennis, swimming or any other kind that you love. In simple words you will increase your self-confidence as decrease depression and anxiety. Another advantage of getting involved in sports is that you will be more sociable due to the interaction with other people of different religions and beliefs. Many sports need teams to be played due to this people will contact other people and have better team skills.
At the end, sports with all its kinds are needed where each one goes to the part he or she loves. It benefits you in many ways whether physical or mental or even in your social life. Many doctors advice their patients no matter from what they are serving to make sports can help them to get out of the bad mood.
